Scot is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has been working with financial clients since 2000. He is the host of the retirement planning podcast, Retire Eyes Wide Open, available on both Apple and Google Podcasts. Each episode provides tips and strategies to demystify the retirement process for those in or entering retirement.
Scot is a regular contributor to Kiplinger and has been regularly quoted in publications such as U.S. News & World Report, Market Watch, Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq, and MSN.
Scot is originally from Minnesota and graduated from Bethel University. He and his wife, Shannon, live in Huntington Beach with their two boys, and enjoy wine tasting in Sonoma and having dinner at Scot’s favorite spot, Fisherman’s Restaurant in San Clemente. Additionally, Scot is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling, particularly to spots like Saint Kitts, Capri, and Barcelona.

Steven is a Financial Advisor at Sterling Wealth Partners. He assists with conducting portfolio analysis and helps to prepare client meetings. He also assists at company events when needed. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations and is licensed to sell insurance.
Steven attended California State University, Fullerton where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. His passion for finance drives his work here at Sterling Wealth Partners. Steven has a background in client service and enjoys volunteering at his church. He believes his experience and education will position him for success.
In his free time, Steven enjoys outdoor activities, especially with friends and loved ones. He grew up in Southern California playing basketball and baseball. He remains a big sports fan.

Susan Green is a Relationship Manager & Research Associate at Sterling Wealth Partners. She focuses on helping families develop and implement customized financial strategies that address their unique challenges, concerns, and goals. Dedicated to leading clients through life’s inevitable transitions, Susan will develop a personalized financial roadmap for you and your family. Susan’s passion is in helping her clients understand the benefits of ongoing planning as their lives evolve.
Susan provides comprehensive financial and investment advice, retirement planning, investment management, and insurance strategies. Areas of focus include capital preservation, risk profile analysis, asset allocation, and income planning. Her financial planning process is designed to help clients preserve and protect wealth, address their key goals and aspirations, enjoy retirement income that keeps up with inflation, reduce the stress of making complex financial decisions, and avoid costly financial and investment mistakes.

Megan is a Financial & Client Service Associate for Sterling Wealth Partners. She assists ouradvisors by providing great customer service to our new and existing clients, helps withmeeting preparation and other office management such as seminar planning and events.
Megan has been in the financial industry for over 6 years, and previously worked at another firmassisting in branch management and executive administrative support.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and going to thebeach. Growing up here in Southern California, she’s a huge Dodger fan and frequently attendshome games to root for her favorite team.

Krista is a Client Service & Financial Assistant for Sterling Wealth Partners. She supports the financial advisors with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, client meeting preparation, data organization and processing client requests in a timely manner. She also assists the company with event planning in our community and ensuring a positive client experience.
Krista earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Washington State University. She combined her degree in Marketing with Finance to fuel her passion in closing the financial literacy gap to create easy to understand financial content. She has a strong background in client services, marketing, and financial services.
Outside of work, Krista enjoys being active and spending time with her loved ones. She has several hobbies including knitting and Tahitian dancing.
One of her favorite international travel destinations is Cancun and she hopes to travel throughout Europe in the next couple years!

Michael is a Client Service & Marketing Assistant for Sterling Wealth Partners. His focus is on helping create a personal and positive experience for clients, producing and editing Scot's podcast, Retire Eyes Wide Open, and our Monthly Market IN*SIGHTS.
He earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and has worked in finance, education, and entertainment.
Outside of Sterling, Michael is interested in music, theatre, and sports. You may find him performing in a musical, or hosting a podcast on the Minnesota Vikings.
Bruce Gleit is an attorney who, with over 26 years of experience, has focused his practice in the area of estate planning. Bruce is one of our strategic partners offering clients assistance with estate planning, probate, conservatorships, estate/trust litigation, and general business formation and transactions.
He grew up in northern New Jersey and received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany. He then attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, earning his J.D. degree. In 1993, he became a member of the State Bar of California after he and his wife relocated to California.
Bruce is a member of the State Bar of California’s Trusts & Estates and Business Law sections, as well as the Orange County Bar Association. He remains very active in continuing legal education to stay current in the latest developments.
His goal is to provide the best personalized services to his clients. That includes creating the best planning for their future and resolving any difficulties they may have.
Bruce is married to his wife Marsha. He enjoys tennis on the weekends and is an avid fan of both the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Yankees.
